1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once verified, we will offer one of the following at no additional cost:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Store credit


4. Return Process

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again

  2. Contact your payment provider

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us before returning the item.


9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible
